Re-subscribing to AWS services (Route 53)

I started to register domain using Route 53. The management console said that I don't have enough permissions for hosted zones and stuff. I thought that this is because I have not yet registered any domains. So I pressed forward.

After receiving confirmation of domain registration I still was not able to use the features. It complained that I have not subscribed to the service. I found from the AWS documentation that first I need to sign up for the service. However I could not find the button the document referred.

Finally I found the "secret" link to re-subscribe all the services. Using the link I was able to start using Route 53. Oh… And the link was:
